To do this effectively, YOU need to be CLEAR as to what the role really is, what type of person you are looking for and what stands out about your business – then reflect this in the advertisement…..I work through this with you and draft the advertisement for your input and approval.

Resume Reviews and Shortlisting
Every Manufacturing Manager has a demanding role with never enough hours in the day…… So how are you supposed to get through screening hundreds of applications? Most end up leaving it until the weekend and do it from home (sound familiar?). I take the pain out of this process for you and apply technology to streamline the process.

Candidate Selection for Interviews
By using our online platform we are able to gather important details from candidates QUICKLY and then have the top quality candidates complete a RECORDED VIDEO INTERVIEW. This takes out hidden surprises and ensures that you only need to meet 1-3 candidates for a final interview.

Candidate Interviews
You just tell us WHO you want to meet for face-to-face interviews….and WHEN…then we make it happen for you while you get on with your normal work day. You will get an email confirming the interview schedule. Candidates will receive a detailed email ensuring there is no confusion – and requesting their referees (Direct Supervisors from their previous roles) and proof of ID. We can also assist with interview questions and tips and tricks as well.

Reference Checks
You think – “Reference Checks are a waste of time – besides…. Who provides a referee that has negative comments?!” I ask shortlisted candidates to provide contact details (Name, Position, Company, Phone, Email) of 3 Managers/ Supervisors from their most recent positions. This way, we are likely to have valid useful referees…. and have their permission to contact them. I can tell you that there have been more than a handful of candidates that haven’t been offered a role after I completed reference checks! Better to be sure than sorry down the track.

Making the Job Offer
Sometimes locking that new employee in requires a bit of negotiation and fine tuning in the offer…..having the benefit of an experienced external 3rd Party often proves to be valuable. Getting that verbal acceptance and commitment is ALWAYS BETTER than just sending out a formal offer by email.
